Rob always had a deep love of music and from a young age was surrounded by musicians. He quickly gravitated toward the piano and began playing by ear at Seven years old, shortly after that he began piano lessons.
Under tuition from RNCM graduate Alan Morgan, a fellow student of Martin Roscoe, Rob dedicated his time to becoming a classically trained pianist, in addition to studying music theory and counterpoint.
After performing in venues around Lancashire including the prestigious Blackburn Cathedral, Rob shifted his attention to academic studies and pursued a career in the I.T. sector hoping to return to music in the future.
Rob returned to music in 2015, undertaking a BA Honors degree in Music Production at University of Central Lancashire in Preston. The degree has allowed him to split time equally between performance, composition and production skills. After graduation, he hopes to pursue an MA specialising in composition for film and tv.
